The world's most famous Tenor, Luciano Pavarotti has lost his long battle with pancreatic cancer at his home in Modena.
It was reported yesterday by Modena television that he had lost consciousness and suffered kidney failure. He died at 5am today.
The Italian Opera singer was 71.
